MEET OUR PRINCIPAL, ANDREA
Andrea is a digital native with an analogue soul—the kind who lives by her Google Calendar but still treasures the scent of a paper diary. Known for her sharp editorial instincts, she’s the one who will catch the missing footnote, and stay behind to make sure every detail is just right. She's also the one who brings the team overpriced iced coffees, patiently coaches colleagues through challenges, and quietly ensures excellence behind the scenes.
Andrea trained in graphic and web design in 2012, shortly after exiting her first business, where she made her mark as an early Internet radio pioneer. Her radio station and accredited training facility attracted talent such as former Choice FM DJs—and live interviews with the likes of Usain Bolt, Wizkid, Angie Stone and Iyanla Vanzant. Nationally recognised for her achievements in youth enterprise, Andrea served as a mentor for the Peter Jones Foundation, was named a national runner-up in The Daily Mail’s Enterprising Young Brits Awards in 2008, and led radio start-up for Ruach Radio and The London Youth Games.
Andrea became a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2013. She later went on to serve as Online Editor at The Voice newspaper, where she significantly boosted organic engagement and interviewed stars including Viola Davis.
Since 2018, Andrea’s main work has been to lead senior-level communications, change, PR, thought leadership, and influencer strategy at globally-recognised companies including WPP and Intuit. She has supported C-suites from HSBC, Equifax, ISS, ClearBank, and Kraken.
A multidisciplinary storyteller and brand strategist, Andrea blends creativity with commercial clarity—bringing energy and exacting standards to every brief.
